While I offer a solo consultant model, with it comes my personal experience of 20+ years across many roles in a wide range of organizations. Many organizations are unable to afford, or coordinate the often siloed technology skillsets required to achieve their objectives.
Business analysts, project management, cloud hosting, networking, change management, development... often all distinct and all require leadership with industry knowledge to ensure work is done correctly. It can be overwhelming and feel impossible to even begin; leaving many businesses left with a 'necessary evil' of bare minimum.
